Barringtons has thrown its weight behind one of Shropshire’s most popular agricultural shows.
The firm has become a major sponsor of the Newport Show which draws more than 12,000 people to the picturesque Chetwynd Deer Park each July.
Erika Sadler, of the show organising committee, said: “We may attract huge numbers, but securing large-scale sponsorship is never an easy task which is why we are so grateful to Barringtons for coming onboard.
“Although a relative newcomer to the event, Barringtons has become a real driving force behind the show’s aims to promote the region and its agricultural industries. We can’t thank them enough.”
This year’s show on July 11 offers another packed programme of activities highlighting Shropshire farming, fine food and country-living at its best.
Barringtons managing director Phil Wood said: “We have strong links with the farming community and that’s why we like the show. Being part of the event with a trade stand, and giving our support as a sponsor, helps ensure its future. It also offers a great opportunity to meet our clients and their families on an informal basis.”
Join us on July 11 for a hog roast lunch in our marquee offering great views of the showground.
